On-Screen Authority: Front Row Consulting Program

Terms Of Service

What is the service?:

The On-Screen Authority: Front Row Consulting Program is an offer/service in which the Client is provided guidance on hardware, software, processes & technical knowledge in order to consistently create professionally-shot video content, in-house, by themselves, for internet marketing & social media, as well as do professionally-shot video conference calls, by means of digital consulting and training from On-Screen Authority (OSA) while the Client procures the necessary equipment by their own means.

Service Features:

“VIP Gear List”: Client will receive a file with a list of curated video and audio equipment necessary for an “OSA-Approved” home studio. It is recommended that the Client purchase every item on that list exactly as specified. Links will be provided, but the means of acquisition does not matter as long as the item is identical.

Online Course: An online guide consisting of video lectures that instruct the Client on how to set up and operate their “OSA-Approved” home studio. House Call Clients will also receive a condensed list of pertinent lectures that are most necessary for onboarding.

Live Support: Client will be provided a direct line to an OSA Consultant via SMS or Slack for technical support, daily from 9am to 5pm, for 8 weeks after service begins.

Interior Designer: Client will be connected with a professional Interior Designer who will consult with them regarding the space in which they plan to film content. Over a video call, the Designer will collect the pertinent information in order to create an on-brand interior design plan with a 3D rendering of the space, which will be delivered to the Client in order to implement on their own, at their own expense. A follow-up call may be requested in order to assist with implementation. A total of two of these video calls are included in the service.

Acting Coach: Client will be connected with a professional Acting Coach who will provide mental & emotional as well as technical & mechanical training for on-camera presentation. A total of two of these calls will be included in the service.

Weekly Check-In Calls: Client will be provided weekly follow-up video calls for 8 weeks, 30-minutes long each. These are intended for fine-tuning lighting, camera, audio and background/scenery. If desired, the calls may go up to an hour and will total no more than 4 hours over the 8 week period.

Support Group Access: Client will have access to an online group message board & weekly group calls to address any technical questions regarding their OSA-Approved home video studio.

Promise & Expectations:

Overview: As a result of engaging with the On-Screen Authority: Front Row Consulting Program the Client will have a permanent video production studio which they will be able to operate, manipulate and relocate by themselves. The studio solution is intended to assist in creating video content for internet marketing & social media, as well as live video conference calls. The Client will be competent in on-camera presentation skills as well as basic video editing and outsourcing workflows. The intended result is that the client will be able to produce a more professional on-screen appearance using a workflow that is friendly and approachable.

Onboarding: An OSA-Approved Consultant will collect pertinent information from the Client regarding their intended filming space in order to curate a collection of video equipment necessary for an OSA-Approved home studio. The Client will purchase all of the necessary equipment.

Contingency Equipment: The “VIP Gear List” contains all of the equipment necessary for most OSA Clients. Accessory items such as Splash Lights, ND Filter, and 200w LED may be necessary for such conditions as: Extremely large windows, overbearing natural light, disturbing fluorescent lighting, optional accent lighting, etc. Contingency Equipment will be advised on during Weekly Follow-Up calls and links for necessary equipment will be provided. Purchase is optional, and at the Client’s expense.

Client’s Responsibilities: Client is responsible for the costs of all video/audio equipment, personal/business computing devices (computers, mobile phones & tablets) involved in video production as well as all software costs (both one-time & ongoing subscriptions). Client should already have an iPad Pro or iPad Air in their possession, with all accounts set up to purchase applications.

Results are contingent upon the Client insofar as their preparedness for Self-Installation & Training. Client should be ready with their personal/business computing devices. Client should have time available to install the equipment. Client should have an alert and open mind to be trained on the equipment and processes. Client’s home or place of business should be clean and in good condition ready for on-camera presentation. Client should treat OSA Staff with kindness and respect, as they would any other business professional.

Satisfaction:

Satisfaction with the On-Screen Authority: Front Row Consulting Program is guaranteed, as long as the Client puts forth the necessary effort to learn the process, and has the necessary preparations stated above in Client Responsibilities. The Front Row Consulting Program is intended to be a more hands-on, Done-With-You offer from On-Screen Authority, so the expectations from the client are the lowered, presumably increasing the likelihood of a satisfactory outcome.

Earnings Disclaimer: On-Screen Authority does not make any claims regarding increases or changes in personal or business income directly resulting from use of any of its programs or processes. In plain terms, there are too many variables in business and earnings that are out of the control or the scope of On-Screen Authority's services. The Client's business revenue or personal income is, as it was before, contingent on their own products, services, strategies, efforts and creativity, irrelevant to their video quality or on-camera presentation skills.

Refunds: Refunds are offered within 30 days of the first payment installment. Refunds will discount hard costs to On-Screen Authority, such as processing fees, shipping, and booking third-party services.

Allowable reasons for refunds:

  • Medical inability to use the necessary equipment by doctor’s order
  • Documented proof of negligence or unprofessional/unreasonable treatment or behavior by OSA Staff

Deniable reasons for refunds:

  • No time to implement
  • Personal/Health concerns unrelated to using video equipment
  • Financial incapability of continuing with the Service

Investment:

The Client’s investment for the On-Screen Authority: Front Row Consulting Program is as verbally indicated at the time of the closing call.

Payment installment plans are available as 2-pay and 3-pay options, 30-days separated. Individual installments will not amount to less than the current expenditure. Meaning that, at any given time, OSA will collect no less than what is necessary to cover hard costs such as equipment, shipping, and booking 3rd party services.

Credit card information will be collected over video conference call.
